1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Ratix ("the Game"), operated by Skobel Games ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Pro Tier Purchase
The Pro Tier is available for a one-time payment of £3.00 (GBP). Upon purchase:
- You will receive immediate access to Pro features
- Your purchase is non-refundable once digital content has been accessed
- Access is granted for the lifetime of your account
3. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Important: Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. However, by ticking the consent checkbox at purchase, you explicitly request immediate access to digital content. This waives your right to cancel once the Pro features are unlocked.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use cheats, exploits, or automation tools
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Game with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Ratix are owned by Skobel Games and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skobel Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
